WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY? No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

DOES NG HAIR SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? No it would take 10-30 business days.

Expected Delivery Times: All orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped by the following Tuesday. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours of approval. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. You will be contacted by NG Hair if you have selected an item that is currently out of stock or have a payment error. NG Hair uses priority mail to ship packages.

WHY IS MY ORDER STILL PROCESSING? Normal processing is 2-3 business days. Your order may still show as processing if there has been a discrepancy in our inventory or your card payment which will delay a shipment.

HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED? Our bundles are about 95g each. With 14inch you only need two bundles for a full sew-in. A full sew-in weave would need approximately 3-4 bundles for 16inch or longer. Three bundles are recommended up to 24inch. (Tip: For a fuller look purchase the same length bundles. Also the longer the bundle the smaller the weft!

CAN I COLOR MY HAIR? You can color the hair, however once treated the hair will no longer be virgin. Keep the hair conditioned and moisturized.

HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST? This hair can last you a long time if treated with proper care. The hair will last up to one year, if treated with decent care.
